• Taking field dimensions for creating conceptual & finalized space plans
• Creating conceptual space plans
  (idea sketches for client to consider)
• Creating finalized space plans, furniture plans,
  exterior planting plans
• Verifying any existing drawings or details with
  on-site critical dimensions

Lighting Aesthetics & Efficiency:

• Conducting a lighting analysis addressing the moods you want to achieve and efficiency. Nothing so affects the mood or look of an environment as lighting.
• Creating a lighting plan based on the above analysis
• Recommending lighting systems for aesthetics, budget, efficiency, maintenance

Finishes, Furniture, & Exterior Plantings to Fit your Desired Image:

• Finish Samples and Colors—We like to show a couple alternative schemes for our clients
• Elevations/Sketches & Notes to help our clients Visualize the Final Effect
• Advising on Furniture Styles/ Exterior Plantings to keep the desired “look.”
• Shopping with client to choose the “right” purchases
• Millwork drawings/details for a contractor to work from
• Acquisition of Product for client convenience (and discounts)

ADA, Universal Design & Health Considerations:

• Consulting on Barrier Free Design (yes, for both interior, exterior, and gardens!)
• Consulting/Training on Ergonomics
• Office Layout and Design

Fun and Informative Design Programs & Workshops for You and your Friends

• Learn a multitude of designer considerations that aren’t addressed in decorating magazines or TV programs
• Participants work on one of their own interior problems during the Workshop, guided by workshop leader, Sharon Breay
• Learn from an awarded designer who frequently teaches college classes, lectures, and gives programs to service organizations and clubs.
