  • Conducting a lighting analysis: subjective impressions and efficiency
  • Creating a lighting plan based on programmed needs
  • Recommending lighting systems for efficiency, maintenance, aesthetics, budget
  • Consulting with Maintenance on handling light bulb exchange and fixtures

Furniture, Fixtures, Finishes & Equipment Requirements:

  • Consulting on various modular and panel furniture systems for efficiency, maintenance, aesthetics, and budget
  • Assembling Finishes Packages based on desired image, code adherence, and upkeep
  • Writing specifications
  • Acquiring furniture, fixture, and equipment bids
  • Documenting inventory control, and keeping the documentation current
  • Overseeing furniture installations to keep the design intent
  • Presenting client with a maintenance manual
